Had a great experience with these guys. Towed 2 cars for me in the same afternoon for an incredibly reasonable price. 1 car was a bare-shell, the other was a non-starter, and it was almost impossible to find someone who would take the job. Very professional and friendly tow truck driver, who went the extra mile to get the job done quickly and safely. Much appreciated, cheers!

On one of the hottest afternoons of January 2026 (40+°C) Josh rescued me and my vehicle from Kurringa Drive in Spence. It was a Saturday 5pm. Josh was quick to arrive, professional and communicated perfectly with me. My vehicle was transferred to my requested drop off point without fuss. Unfortunately I cannot comment on cost as the tow was booked through Budget Roadside Assist. I will certainly use this provider again if I am in need of this type of service. Thanks Josh!

Friendly obliging owner and professional service. Having hit a kangaroo at night we decided to leave our car and get a lift; there was no issue with having our car retrieved the next day and we did not need to go along. Price quite reasonable.

I was bogged on federal highway in the pouring rain, thinking the worst. That was until the kind gentleman at UNDERGROUND TOWING AND SALVAGE came to my rescue.
He was polite , helpful, humorous and quick to get working , he had me out in 5 mins or less. A real help in a time of need.

Highly recommend. My car was stuck on the third level of the car park in my apartment building. The car park is narrow, low clearance, with steep ramps. I thought it might be impossible to get a tow out of there. But they were there within 30mins of making a phone call. I’m still not sure how they managed to navigate the tricky car park. A really professional service. Incredible value, especially as it was an emergency after hours job.
