10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Came in peak hour evening traffic within 25 mins. So friendly, and helped us push the car out of a multi-storey car park (the truck wouldn't fit). Towed us to the other side of town to our mechanic for just over $200 (which was a way better price than the other tow operators I contacted who all couldn't do the job that day or refused due to multi-storey car park). I'm definitely calling them again if we're ever broken down. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

My son’s car broke down tonight, called Underground Towing. They were quick to get to us, especially as it was 1.6 degrees & Origin night. So thank you, great friendly service.

A huge thank you to Josh and the team at Underground Towing & Salvage!

My vehicle was parked in an underground car park at the Hyatt Canberra, with a very narrow exit, steep incline and a tricky curved entry/exit. The recovery was far from straightforward, but Josh and Leith were incredibly professional, methodical and careful throughout the entire process.

They took the time to safely extricate the vehicle, repeatedly checking angles and re-hooking where necessary to make sure the recovery was done properly and without risk of damage. Joshs’ attention to detail and experience really showed.

The pricing was very reasonable and included towing the vehicle back, which was greatly appreciated. What was a very stressful situation for me was made significantly easier thanks to Josh and Leith.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Underground Towing & Salvage (Canberra) to anyone needing professional and reliable towing or vehicle recovery services.

The boys from underground towing were incredible. Arrived promptly, super friendly, got to work straight away securing my car and took care when loading and unloading. Would highly recommend their services if in the ACT or surrounds. Thanks again guys.

Had a great experience with these guys. Towed 2 cars for me in the same afternoon for an incredibly reasonable price. 1 car was a bare-shell, the other was a non-starter, and it was almost impossible to find someone who would take the job. Very professional and friendly tow truck driver, who went the extra mile to get the job done quickly and safely. Much appreciated, cheers!

On one of the hottest afternoons of January 2026 (40+°C) Josh rescued me and my vehicle from Kurringa Drive in Spence. It was a Saturday 5pm. Josh was quick to arrive, professional and communicated perfectly with me. My vehicle was transferred to my requested drop off point without fuss. Unfortunately I cannot comment on cost as the tow was booked through Budget Roadside Assist. I will certainly use this provider again if I am in need of this type of service. Thanks Josh!

Very prompt and efficient service! The driver was polite, kind and knowledgable about the mechanics he was taking my car to. He was also kind enough to listen to the noise the car was making so he could pass it on to the mechanic. There were a few unknowns with a new mechanic and tow truck company in a new city, and it was great to have some reassurance. Thank you. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. They were so careful with my car and I've never had such an amazing towing experience ever; especially since my car is so low.

Friendly obliging owner and professional service. Having hit a kangaroo at night we decided to leave our car and get a lift; there was no issue with having our car retrieved the next day and we did not need to go along. Price quite reasonable.

Highly recommend. My car was stuck on the third level of the car park in my apartment building. The car park is narrow, low clearance, with steep ramps. I thought it might be impossible to get a tow out of there. But they were there within 30mins of making a phone call. I’m still not sure how they managed to navigate the tricky car park. A really professional service. Incredible value, especially as it was an emergency after hours job.
